I got this TV for the Black Friday price of $299.99, with home delivery included. It was easy to assemble and setup. The factory setting has to be adjusted for picture (brightness/contrast/color etc.) to your liking. The one thing I would have liked to know prior to buying was the distance between the 'legs' - it is ~42 inches, so a stand of at least 45 inch width is desirable. (I had to make arrangements for a TV stand, as my current one was not wide enough). The WiFi was very easy to setup and works very well - my router is near the TV so that may help. The TV comes with six installed apps (Netflix, Vudu, Pandora, YouTube, Toon Goggles & AccuWeather) again something I would have liked to know before hand, but could not find online. New apps cannot be installed, so make sure you can live with the apps above. I have tried out the Roku stick and Chromecast on the TV - both work as advertised. The third HDMI input comes in handy for this. The audio is surprisingly rich - I have a 42 inch Westinghouse which has horrible tinny audio, and I was prepared for that - but for this I can make do without a soundbar. (set Surround to On to get better audio).

I was a little reluctant on buying because of some reviews. I'm happy I brought it and on sale at a great price. I've owned it for a few weeks now and we love it for movies and PS4. No complaints here Westinghouse.

Entry level 4K tv. Got the deal for 300 and can't beat it. 4K and 55" for under 300 with smart tv. The first one I had 4 days and the picture went bad but I rexchanged it and the new one works great. The picture is beautiful. Don't care about the sound because I have the theater already. I recommend it. I suggest getting the service plan on any big tv. Something can go wrong day it's not cheap to fix if its out of warranty and you don't want to buy another tv. Service plan you figure the 5 year breaks down to $1 a month

This TV is a great value and full of lots of options that pricier tv will have. Love the 2 speakers that put out really good sound.

Very clear picture. Great tv especially for the price, but when you hit a button on the remote expect to wait a full 2 seconds or so before the tv reacts.

I got this to replace an old Toshiba rear projection because I wanted to clear floor space. It came well packed and with OK instructions. I used a simple tilt mounting bracket attached to a brick wall. Connecting to my wifi was easy but the first few days I had to reconnect every time I turned it on, after 3 days that stopped and it connected fine. I picked up an indoor 75 ohm antenna and was able to get some broadcast channels nice and clear. The picture is fantastic. At times it was a little too sharp, being a 4K screen, but now it is beautiful. Even some old 1950's movies look great. It is relatively easy to switch between the different inputs (HDMI, game console, broadcast) but not real quick. The processor is an older model so if you switch or change too fast it locks up. Just unplug and reconnect the power and it is fine. Just remember to come out of the programs as you went into them and the set works great. We primarily watch Netflix and You Tube and for that it is perfect. I connected a Blu Ray player and the picture was sharp. Every once in a while the motion stutters if there is too much going on in a movie or our internet signal is weak but it's like once every two days so I don't care. All in all for the Black Friday price of $299 I think we got a fabulous 55 inch, 4K, smart TV that we will have for a long time. Westinghouse is an established name and a US company and we are very happy with it.

I bought this tv on Black Friday because of the price. The tv overall has exceeded my expectations. The only thing I don’t like is the remote it’s awkwardly long for how many buttons it has on it.

Great picture and the difference between this and my regular HDTV are clear. The TV doesn’t seem extremely sturdy with the two little feet that hold it up but other than that it’s been good.

This TV is great for the price. It freezes if you try to turn it off before exiting Netflix. Also, you cannot add additional apps to it.

The Westinghouse 55" Smart T.V, is a Christmas Gift. It was a great bargain!. We ordered it online early a.m. on Black Friday sale. It has good reviews. The sale price was a great deal. Also ordered was a T.V. stand to go with it. Christmas is just around the corner & I can hardly wait for the gift to be given & the reaction from the receiver. I hope the T.V. works as great as the reviews say it does. We do not play games on it or use it for anything other than watching movies or television shows or listening to music.

I really enjoy my Westinghouse tv, I’ve bought three so far, one for my aunt, and have no complaints, the oldest one I’ve had for three years and not once given me any problems

Great TV for the money. Unfortunately the refresh rate is a bit misleading. It's more like a 30Hz refresh rate IMO. the picture is great it's just the action on the refresh that is a bit lacking. WH says its 120 but they rate stuff a little differently than other brands apparently. I would buy another for $300.00 any day

Best value for the cost. Has most all the features that the more expensive brands have. I would totally recommend this TV to price conscience customers.

setup easy, hook up good, picture looks great, now just to find out if it goes the distance. haven't had a lot of time to "play" with the apps but soon

I was skeptical when I first bought this tv because I didn’t know the Westinghouse product still existed, but I was very surprised at how good the picture quality was. My only flaw is that it would freeze if I pressed pause while watching Netflix. I always had to unplug it for it to power off.

I ordered this tv on BestBuy.com for $299 with free delivery from Geek Squad. The picture quality almost looks like it is 3D, simply stunning! It bolted right up to my wall mount I had used for my previous 46" tv. I highly recommend this Westinghouse 55" 4K tv to anyone looking to upgrade. Thank You Best Buy!

Amazing 4k smart TV at a great price. Easy to use and great for family nights.

The product itself is nothing special. However, if you are looking for a larger tv with lesser quality, it is definitely the right choice.

Thxgiving .com for 250special, 55 inches, 4K, and smart apps all work. I would have excepted a way worse picture, hopefull it will last.
