Extremely good high definition tv. Would recommend to everybody.

About the second day I experienced the having to unplug to turn off. Week 2 I turned it on and the display was distorted, bad. I tried different inputs, turning it off for a day or two, different settings all to no avail. Repackaged and returned. It was plugged into a surge protector and I hardly used it during that short time. I've had good experience with Westinghouse before but I think I'll stay far away from them for a while.

Very disappointed in talking to Westinghouse with some issues I had.

Great price for an average quality TV. I would buy again.

Got a great price on it and still wasn't worth it, this tv lasted 3 weeks before it pooped out and wouldn't power up, something (as I was later to find out ) is very common with Westinghouse tvs, stay away

I purchased this TV without the Best Buy protection. BIG MISTAKE. Upon first trying it, I began to get a multicolor screen blank appearing suddenly while the normal sound played. After A LOT of back and forth with the company, (mind you TV WAS NEW), they wanted to send me a REFURBISHED unit AFTER I jumped through their red tape and hoops. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase a WESTINGHOUSE ANYTHING! Horrible customer service (Westinghouse not Best Buy), and now I have no TV after a very length red tape system to get my money back. Save yourself some time, energy and sanity,...either buy BEST BUY protection with this junk or spend a little extra for a more credible TV and brand.

Stopped working after 2 months.. Westinghouse support is horrible. Worst TV I have ever owned. Screen randomly goes black. Sound comes in and out.

I’ve had issues with mine for over a year. It freezes and won’t turn off and Netflix also plays if I cast to it from the app only. If not it’s fuzzy and take forever to clear up. Not loud as I’d like it to be.

But a green line appeared across the TV not even a week into owning it. Maybe i had a bad tv because I never had an issue with this model.

Pros: The price. Cons: Everything else. The picture is decent but not as good as some other brands. Needs a soundboard to hear it at all even in a small room. Worst part is only after a month the screen freezes and although you can hear the sound if you want to watch tv you have to manually unplug and replug. Theres only youtube and netflix and half the time the tv cant even connect to the Wi-Fi. Definitely regret buying this one. Too much of a headache! Save an extra hundred bucks and get something better.

The Panel itself is beautiful and that is its sole good note. This TV DOES NOT support HDCP 2.2 which results in you being unable to play copy protected 4K content on it. Most of the Built-In apps don't support 4K content, and trying to play 4K content through external players is mostly hit or miss. 4K on YouTube is about the only thing that'll work. I tried to rent a UHD 4K movie on Vudu and it wont even play that in UHD despite the app being pre-loaded on this TV. Had I known that this TV lacked basic 4K functionatlity when I bought it, I wouldn't have. Save your money.

Was shipped to my door. I set television up turned it on and it shut off and would not restart. I returned it to the store.

Bought the tv on Thanksgiving. It took over 2 weeks to have it delivered after it said online it would be delivered in 3 days. Now after a month of use the tv screen went completely gray and doesn't work. Worst black friday sale ever!!!!

TV screen quality was very grainy. Not top quality. Sound was horrible, very low, and sounded like if the speakers were in a cardboard box. Not good at all.

I bought this TV for the 3rd time. 1st one broke and I had the warranty and they couldn't fix so I bought another one. Broken when opened the box. sent back got another one and it was also broken. Waiting for my money back. Not getting another one.
