    This tv stopped working completely after only 9 months of use. Still under the 1 year warranty Westinghouse refuse to replace the unless I return it myself. S&H cost as much as the tv, therefore, I am without a tv now.

    It you are going to spend the money on a new television do not waste it on a Westinghouse. It sounded like a great deal for the size and the salesman pitched it as if it was worth getting the 55” Westinghouse instead of a 50” Samsung at the same price. The Westinghouse worked great for a few months but continues to give us problems now. Many of the buttons tend to only work when they want to. I am not only talking about the remote but the button on the TV. Often times to turn off the TV it has to have the power cord taken out. When using the smart features of the TV they tend to also work as they please. Whatever you do, do not waste your money on a Westinghouse TV you will regret it after a few weeks. Spend the extra money to get a brand name product that stands by what they sell to their customers.

    My TV went bad after 9 months and after jumping through numerous hoops Westinghouse denied my claim and refused to fix it.

    Terrible customer service. If you have any issues with this t.v. you will get the back and forth between Westinghouse and Roko. Each says it's the others fault. I'm still waiting on a response. If your wifi isn't super strong and fast it won't connect. You can use your tablet but not a community wifi. Such as Xfinity wifi. The t.v. does freeze just as others have said. I've had the T.V. for only a couple months and can't return it. Im going back to my fire tv

    At first, this tv was great. But after 11 months, it broke. The screen went white, then black. And stayed black!! Im going through many hoops just to claim my warranty. Ive had pretty crappy TVs in the past that lasted forever. Customer service is being very very difficult to grant my warranty. Ive never had such awful customer service in my life!!

    Bought for gaming on my ps4. Ignored the online reviews about input lag and I paid the price. Absolutely avoid at all costs. Cheaply made tv, unplayable for video games in general. Again: avoid at absolutely all costs.

    The TV stopped turning on exactly one week after the warranty expired. Westinghouse refused to help in any way. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a TV to last longer than a year. I will never buy another Westinghouse product.

    After a month of buying it tv started freezing and I had to unplugged. After 3 month of purchased it burned. called westinghouse customer service and told me to send the TV which it cost more than the TV and it has to come out of my pocket. westinghouse does not pay for shipping.

    The worst possible purchase experience. Beyond terrible customer service from Tina in the Michigan Ave store. This TV is totally unusable 3 months after purchase. Best Buy does not stand behind their products.

    Purchased 11/17; Dead on 3/21/18. Specific issue: television provides sound. But, screen doesn't show picture. It's just red screen, blue screen, green screen and black screen, all day. And, we only watched it in the evening times after work.
