Great TV for the Price

The TV locks up if any app isn't exited or if you try 4K mode in Toon Google app. You physically have to unplug the power to reset the unit. I haven't tried any other app that could cause the lock up. Such a hassle though having to pull the TV out to unplug and re-plug to reset.

Great price for a smart TV

Sync'd them together and they work awesome together. Clear picture, great smart TV apps, sound isn't that great but will be putting in a surround sound system in the gaming room soon. Glad I made the purchase. My gaming buddies love them!

No Power switch on unit

Seems not as clear as other higher priced units, however a great picture for the price. We noticed that the unit does not have a power switch. It has to be turned on/off from the remote. The unit froze once, and the only way to turn it off was to plug it out.

Did not work had to return
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just as some of the other reviewers have noted, the screen would freeze and you could not use the remote to turn on or off, had to manually unplug (not a sustainable solution!), so I had returned the item. The picture quality was great when the TV was on and working and the price was amazing (but perhaps you do get what you pay for!). Best Buy was great about the return. I also think there was some pixelation with the slower 60 speed and will get a 120 of higher quality now.

Great but slow

And no Hulu, which Best Buy tech assured me the tv had. But for the price I love it. I was worried picture wouldn't be that clear, but it is. I'm happy. Would buy again.
