We complained four hours after the tv arrived and it took Best Buy over FOUR days to replace it. Great service????? It only took two days to get the first one. WHY ??? We are very happy with the second tv.

I loved it but the manufacturer made me recycle it to reimburse me. Wouldn't fix it or give me a new one.

Westinghouse Electronics does NOT offer in-home repair services or have any collaboration with repair centers where you could possibly get the TV fixed. With this being said, we offer two options which are a replacement TV or a refund check for the TV price. If we don't have the same TV that you bought in stock within our inventory (this excludes the inventory for any retail store that sells our product), then we proceed with a refund check. I understand if a refund check was the option you wanted the least, however, I hope I was able to help you understand our protocol. I am glad to hear that you still reached out to us and that we will still reimburse you for your product.
