The quality of the picture is grainy, the legs are not study and you alway at the ROKU home screen each time you turn it on. I wanted to return it. But due to the COVID-19, I was unable to return it to the store. When the store finally open, I was told I was beyond my 30 days. After making such a major purchase online, I will not recommend this TV or buying a major purchase online without seeing it in person.

I was extremely happy with it yesterday and early today but while watching TV it appeared and wont go away no matter how many restarts.

With the 1 year warranty, it is out of warranty. The parts have to be ordered to fix it & fixing it will cost more than it is worth. I would not recommend buying this TV. The volume was always an issue with it anyway.

The problem got worse over a month until half the screen was affected. Too much cost for just one year of us.

Tv started making a screeching noise when changing stations 2 weeks after purchase. Just past the return date so Best Buy said was unable to return. Westinghouse warranty no help, want me to recycle the tv since it can’t be returned.

Don't buy this TV

TV is hanging on the wall in my room so it has no damage to it. Didn't get the protection plan. So now I will spend a couple bucks extra to purchase a better name in the TV business and get protection plan.

However, it is advertised everywhere that it is compatible with Amazon Alexa. IT IS NOT!!!! According to their own support techs, you have to connect Alexa by a HDMI or Optical cord. Which is not possible to control the TV. Do not buy this TV if the connection to Amazon Alexa is important to you.

I trusted the brand Westinghouse... don't do it for TV's. Warranty 1 year... picture crapped out after 1 yr and 7 months! And their customer service ignored me. Pffft...
