Awful tv but good customer service

I looked up how to fixed it and then the solution worked for about a week until the next stuck pixel showed up right on top. These pixels could not be fixed so I just sucked it up for the time being until I noticed that there were two more stuck pixels. All within four month of having it. The when certain colors would flash on the screen a certain number of lighter pixels would show up on the screen in a horizontal line. The image quality was not amazing either. There was too much clouding in the black and all of the colors just look blah. Nothing to blow you away.

Good price but bad quality

The price was good but had to buy a new wall mount. The TV lasted less than 3 months. Electrical problems. Best Buy was no help other than refunding our 5 yr warranty. Now we have to wait a month to get our money back from Westinghouse. Will never buy a Westinghouse product again and won't be buying anything from Best Buy. Might be a best buy but the after service sucks.

Good services, poor product

However, the set-up process never got past the first screen. Completely no communication between the remote and the TV. I called Westinghouse Support and worked with the technician for about an hour before she gave up. I returned the big TV to Best Buy the next day. They could not get it to work either. What a terrible product! I think I would not consider buying another electronic product from Westinghouse. Though the workers in Best Buy were very helpful and professional.

Didn't even last 1 year!!
