    Speakers are not great. Have had issues with screen going black and having to reset TV.

    I am in the process of trying to get another TV. Working with the manufacturer. I had a Geek Sqaure warranty however, the manufacturer warranty had to used first. I only had the TV a little over a month. I'm very disappointed! In the process of emailing the necessary information and documents to be compensated for my purchase.

    Not what it saying it is. It says it's 58" but in reality it's 51". Not satisfied at all.

    So disappointed that this TV just died (screen went black and is now just all lines). Purchased 15 months ago and rarely used it as it was in a our spare room. It was great while it lasted but 15 months is way too short a lifetime for a tv of this size and price.

    Don't think you're getting a great 4k TV for the price......it's GARBAGE! EXTREME LAGGING! I have spent 2 days reading blogs and Q&A and the result is I purchased GARBAGE! Don't waste your money and spend more money for a more quality product! ANNOYED af that we now have to spend time taking this back to the store!

    Worked for 1 year and 1 month then the screen stopped turning on. Bought in June 2020 and by July 2021 it was useless. Buy an extended warranty, or just get a different TV.

    I have two Westinghouse TVs that are great so I decided to buy this one for the living room. The first one I brought home had a cracked screen (which they insinuated I did) and I exchanged it for another one and 13 days later the volume went out. Returned it and purchased a 65” TCL. So far so good!!!

    Don’t buy this product. The TV started messing up about 6months in. After many attempts contacting Westinghouse, they never got back to us. Sad that my 15year old Westinghouse still works fine and this one already gave out.

    My Tv is only a month old and to today my tv went out. It turns on but goes right back off. I called today and I was told I only had a 15 day return. Just think how that made me feel???? Terrible. I was given the manufacturer number I’m really disappointed

    bought this TV almost a year ago and it kicked the bucket tonight. it was nice while it lasted but should have lasted a lot longer for what we paid. would not recommend this tv unless you have money to blow on a new tv every year.

    TV was extremely slow, and after a year and 10 days, the screen went completely blank and glitched. There has been no damage done to the TV, it lasted until the warranty was up and is inoperable now. Not worth the price.

    Not Made to Last

    Really great until it randomly broke. Now only displays bars of pixels occasionally. They don't build quality products and know it, which is why there is no warranty outside of the universal 15-day return period you get.

      The product contains a 1 year warranty through the manufacturer. Please contact Westinghouse tech support at (800) 701-0680. The 15 day return is only to return your TV to Best Buy and this is for all TV purchased through BBY. westinghouseelectronics

    Never again will I buy because price is cheap. You pay for what you get . Stick to Vizio or Samsung , this tv came defective , called Westinghouse and they gave me a reference number

    Fire Hazard. This TV was bought Dec 2020. It has burnt out in less than 2 years. It melted the side. Customer service has not helped. Pics are too big to upload

    The picture started to fade away in the first 6months and now it just shows lines. Not even a year of buying it. Never had a horrible experience with a tv like this one. Very disappointing
