BUYER BEWARE

Of course because I bought in October and gave it to her in November you can’t return it! I tried calling the warranty department and of course there’s no agent available. I sent an email too and cricket! So there you have another fine mess with my Best Buy experience!!!

Speakers suck

Sound is horrible like a broken radio speaker. You must get a soundbar for this tv. After that it’s fine but unless you can find for under $250 don’t bother.

Great clear TV with built in roku. Speedy.

Image is clear (unless viewing standard quality content) We love the roku ecosystem and its so nice to have it built in. I didn't think I would like the single control button, but its actually kind of nice. Theres only one button on the TV that controls turning it on/off (other than the remote) when press it it pulls up a menu that waits 3 seconds before choosing the selected option like switching inputs or turning the TV off. its nice and simple. Its a little thicker than I expected, but overall great bargain (we paid $300 for it)
