It’s a beautiful tv when working properly. Unfortunately we have had issues with the tv losing its picture for no reason. Early on, like month one, a reset of the tv seemed to do the trick but the other day nothing seemed to work. The picture would go black a few seconds after starting a movie from any source, disc and digital service. If you are having this issue, you are not alone. Called Westinghouse to start the process of getting a refund. Definitely going to look at a better brand in the future...

Great TV for the price. You couldnt beat it. I just wish it would get louder but it depends on what gets streamed i constantly adjust volume from app to app.

This was a great price for a tv of this size. I like it. The sound isn’t good, though. The volume doesn’t go high enough if you just use the tv speakers. I purchased a sound bar to go with it, which resolved the issue.

Happy with the size and that the TV connects to my wifi but it came with an unfixable broken pixel in the top left of the TV that definitely makes a difference.

Good value. But don't purchase this if you want a plug and play tv. You MUST set up a Roku account to use the tv, even to simply play dvd. And the remote is very basic and not we'll set up I'm my opinion.

Good picture quality, great budget TV. Remote is a little slow and speakers are too quiet. Definitely need to purchase a sound bar or auxiliary speakers.

Good product thus far. Very little difficulty in setting it up. Was actually able to use our existing wall mount we had used for our original Samsung 40". Must have over-bought on that purchase.

The TV itself is great, however every time I turn it on I have to re-connect it to the internet. I’ve emailed their support team and have not gotten a response.

My 65 inch tv was delivered and installed the same day. I am very very happy with my item. The installers did an awesome job!! I will definitely order from best buy again!!

Bought this for my mother in law, cool TV with a lot of features, 100s of Roku channels built in for free. uses standard Roku remote also, very nice TV.

Very happy with the purchase. It's been a year later and still going great. I was worried because of the brand but all previous reviews helped me make the decision to buy. Glad I did!

The TV is big but buggy. It reboots and freezes up once a week. I wish I had spent more money on a better brand. You get what you pay for.

The price for this TV was pretty much the same as walmart, it has very good screen quality, and we had it mounted in 5 minutes. It is a 2 person job though,its very big. Overall we are very happy with it.

The tv is great I really like that you can change the brightness of the tv also you can set certain HDMI’s to what you have it hook to such as your PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, Apple TV and etc.

For the price, it’s everything we needed in a smart tv. If I had a complaint, it would be the sound is not as rich as some but we have it connected to a Sony home system so no worries there.

Speakers need to be a little better speakers volume is not as good as it should be other than that the TV is good

First TV shipped was damaged, but replaced by Best Buy with no issues. Good TV at a great price.

Picture is good but screen glitches and jumps when pulling up app and is very hard to make a selection. I will we filing a geek squad claim for repair. Was a gift for my son for his wedding ..... very disappointing. Glad I bought the protection .....

I wasn’t as impressed as I thought I would be. When I activated it, they want you to pay an additional yearly fee for Roku.

I love the TV and think its great to also have the warrenty on it!
