    I bought this TV on April 14, 2020. My history with best buy shows I buy protection plans. I'm a long time customer. I misses getting the protection on this TV. It is now November 2, 2020 and the sound went out. Best Buy "THE" place I buy all my electronics, would not even offer to give me the # to Westinghouse. Zane the chat guy.. told me to look it up on google. I think it's time to find a new place to purchase my products. Very dissatisfied customer.
