    I never write a review, but this time I need to the picture is not clear as expected and the sound it ok as well, but I guess you get what you pay for it $399

    Roku will not support Spectrum TV app

    Purchased for our screened in porch (Lania). Since we do not have cable out there I was going to use the Spectrum TV app. Should have researched more, Roku does NOT support the Spectrum TV app any more.

    Good it on sale on Black Friday. It’s big but there’s better out there. You get what you pay for. Not bad either

    I am extremely upset that this tv has a white line in it already and Best Buy nor Westinghouse has done anything to help

    TV had a two inch crack coming from the left side of the screen. Exchange was easy and the picture quality is great.

    Great tv. Huge. Broke 5 months in. Warranty will just give money back. Now on to looking for another tv.

    It constantly messes up. I have to factory reset it all the time and then I have to log into all my accounts one by one. I call the warranty people all the time and their only solution it to factory reset the tv or unplug it for 30 seconds. Also the remote doesn't work properly sometimes.

    I just got this TV today. The image is good. The interface is OK compared to Samsung’s but it works. The biggest gripe I have is that it literally turns off and on every 10-15 minutes. It doesn’t matter if I’m watching Netflix or Amazon. If it turns off 1 more time, I’m returning this for a Samsung. Has anyone else ran into this issue?

    This is a reflection on the Westinghouse TV ONLY. BestBuy couldn't have been better about replacing this dud. Thanks to Tai and LaDona in the Norman store. They were professional and made sure this was remedied. Westinghouse used to be a good name for appliances. Their transition to TVs is apparently a failure. From the day this TV came out of the box, it had strange quirks. The biggest of which was its constant locking up and restarting. During a standard length movie last night, 1:45 more or less, it restarted 3 times. And it didn't matter what you were viewing. NETFLIX, YouTube, Satellite TV. It failed and restarted with every input available. I checked all of the electrical connection to insure there wasn't something loose. All of the connections were sound. This was absolutely an issue with this TV. Had a great price. Unfortunately, as usual, you get what you pay for. My fault. But I won't make the Westinghouse mistake again. But I WILL be back to BestBuy.

    Item works great but you can have the sound turned up all the way to 100 and it will still out like it’s on 30. Do not buy unless you plan on having a surround sound system to go with it.

      The manual controls are located underneath the IR sensor. Press the button under the IR sensor in order to control the TV with out a remote. Also download the Roku app to provide another way to control your TV. westinghouseelectronics

    cannot adjust picture quality even after performing a factory reset also the sound quality is tinny and lacking definition. The video source is a cable box via HDMI, but the tv we took down worked flawlessly, it was just a smaller screen, we wanted a bigger tv. We are taking it back for a refund and will look at some other brands in store.

    Purchased Jan 13th, by mid Feb. the tv stopped working. Westinghouse does not repair their tv's so you have to jump through some hoops to get a refund. Said they do not make parts for their tvs.

    Remote doesn't work but have the time and I haven't have this but like 10 days. Have yet to hear from customer support either. changed batteries 3 times and that didn't help
