    Good picture, good design. My only complaint is that there is occasionally some lag on the homescreen and as of one month of ownership, the TV has completely frozen once, requiring me to unplug it from the wall just to get it working again. You get what you pay for, but for $429, this was a good deal. Don't pay more than $500 if you are considering this product.

    Happily surprised to find this TV built in April 2020 now includes a 4th HDMI port. Sound from the built in speakers is absolutely terrible and Roku seems to have removed the auto volume leveling feature to give you another reason to upgrade to their sound bar.

    Tv not even 3 years old, did not drop or hit or knock around, tv is black screen with audio, try ever trick, nothing worked, now need buy a new tv. As a single mother, this is LOW Priority at this point. Piece of junk. So disappointed. My bedroom tv is over 9 years old, beautiful screen color and sound, not one issue… this is junk

    stop working 2yrs and 9months later the cost to repair half as much as a new one I had 2yr paid warranty i forget I had it

    Its been 2 years and a month of moderate use and the TV stopped working. No picture just sound. DO NOT BUY. TRASH.

    Whatever you do, do not purchase a Westinghouse. In 2017 I bought 5 TV's. 4 of the 5 were Westinghouse Smart TVs... Two 50", One 40", and One 32". One by one all four TVs lost the picture and eventually the sound. I had a Best Buy repairman check them out and all 4 of them had the same motherboard issue. I contacted Westinghouse and they said there was nothing they could do and I just need to purchase new TV's. Had them not even 3 years, 2 of them under 2 years; Which is absolutely ridiculous. I have another TV 55" (Vizio) that I have had since 2009 and it still works great! I was truly disappointed in the customer service and will never purchase another Westinghouse anything!

    I really had no issues with the TV and it was working great. I was watching today and the screen went completely black. I have since done some research on-line and this seems to be a common problem for the brand. I recommend purchasing the warranty. Even with it is a great hassle. Definitely get what you pay for.

    Never buy a westinghouse TV. They are horrible, not just worst TVs out there but so bad that i would never ever buy one at any price. One star because you cant give a zero. On a scale of 100 they are still s zero. Woukdnt walk across the street to get one even if they were free.
