    Just purchased this TV from Best Buy in April 2021 and its already not working(Black Screen). The manufacture won't replace and states that they don't send out repair men/woman. Best Buy should not be selling this Product from them. Now I have to purchase another Tv and spend money I dot really have especially since the holidays are here. I also will have to pay once again to get another TV mounted. I'm disappointed with there customer service staff. Also don't feel comfortable when purchase a product from Best Buy. There's no reason a brand new TV should be giving problems in the first year

    Was a good tv . Lasted almost up to a year until the sound start going in and out and the tv went in sleep mode and never shows a picture now. I am trying to use the factory warranty which is proving to be a hassle

    The product is cool but the factory warranty and best buy warranty IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I was extremely disappointed with the service they both gave me the run around i havd the tv for under a year. Now its useless and i have a 2 year best buy warranty and months left on the factory warranty its a scam.

    You get what you pay for. Sept 16 was the last day to return and my kids just told me they hate the tv and never use it because it “won’t pull movies up”. Checked, and sure enough, the WiFi doesn’t work on It. Don’t waste your money. Very disappointed. Internal WiFi antenna sucks. Our only option is to buy a Roku to hook up to the Roku TV (can’t make this crap up)

    Stopped working within a year. Screen just went black. I wouldn’t recommend this TV to anyone. You’ll end up just having to throw it away and it’s not easy to hang with a 75 inch TV .. btw Customer service for Westinghouse is the worst .

    The TV was delivered on 08/17/2021. Today one year and 36 days later the TV started buzzing and the screen cut off. So if you want a TV that will last for just about a year buy this one.

    In less the than 2 weeks the tv stopped working. A black screen. I wish I could give Westinghouse a zero star rating

    Look I knew it was not the best TV because it was less expensive, but it is not worth it. Do yourself a favor and buy a better brand.

    Works great if you are using the ROKU features of the TV. If you attach a firestick or Apple TV, the TV quality immediately goes down.

    I bought this tv as a support tv for my pre school and regretted the fact that I didn't do a double. In terms of picture clarity it can rival any premiere tv. It's well built and the roku apps are endless.
