Westworld is a classic sci-fi western and looks great on blu ray. Still a fun and suspenseful movie!

Since watching the series on HBO I had to watch the original one. Must have for collection.

Long before Coma, ER and Jurassic Park, Michael Crichton had the idea of Westworld, a theme park filled with life-like robots. Something goes wrong, and the robots start attacking the humans. The original movie from the 1970s does not have as much depth as the HBO series, but it is fun to see the genesis of the idea.

Yul Brenner is great in this, as he is all his movies. Watch it, you'll enjoy it.

What guy doesn’t love westerns? Combine that with science fiction and you can’t go wrong.

Simply stated you can’t beat the original. Way before it’s time and one of the classics.
