I was following the directions and attaching the main support sections to the base, when I went to stand it upright the base broke as in one of the other reviews picture. Right along the back where the screws go in just ripped apart.

Comes packaged in several layers, layers 1, 3, 5, and 8 were all damaged. Appeared to be placed in the box damaged from the factory, not from the shipping process. Had to bring the heavy item back to the store to prevent a large fee to get the item shipped back to factory. Went somewhere else and purchased a better quality item for the same price. Bestbuy only has one “tv stand” on display at my location, they instructed me to look online for what products they offer. Will continue to shop for electronics but will never purchase furniture again from Bestbuy.

When I finally got home there was damage to multiple pieces such as broken corners on the base piece and chips on other pieces. When I looked on my ring app I observed the delivery and saw my purchase being thrown from the truck and dragged to my garage door.

I fortunately hired geek squad to assemble it but I did notice that they don’t follow the requirements they were hired to do: assemble the product according to instructions. The instructions said that it had to be assembled with hand tools and no drills/impact drivers. They obviously used drills to complete the job quickly. The geek squad agent didn’t really care if the parts were scuffed up; he just said “there’s a marker that you can use for touch up”... I guess that’s what you have to do when you purchase new products now a days. It’s an alright TV stand, hard to assemble according to geek squad. 6/10, would be give a 8/10 but geek squad damaged my tv while assembling the tv stand.

Called to check told could not be delivered. Told “I could cancel order! “ I did. I had two people tell me it was a system problem! I’m done with bb.

Performs it's purpose

My ps4 and my surround receiver don't fit in it. With all cables plugged in they both still hang outside the edges. #2 - anything made of particle board & glue is of poor quality.
