Sooooo cute soooo easy to assemble. Love it. Delivery was great. Nice color. Look just as the photo looks. Holds my 60 in tv. Love it.

I really like this! It is pretty coloring and it works well for what I needed. The set up is also pretty easy. It may be a bit expensive but it is nice.

Its well made . Very sturdy. I did not realize best buy sold such a good quality product. I was pleasantly surprised especially by the price

Pretty straightforward assembly, came out looking great. The hardest part to the assembly (like others mentioned) was getting the hinge doors to lock into place, and when they did lock, the doors were rubbing together or hitting the base. But the directions to adjust the hinges are adequate. Take time to adjust the hinge screws and it should allow you to lock them in easily and position the doors correctly. Good piece!

But , one of the front doors is unaligned, to open it I have to lift it. At the same door it has a little scratch. I gave 5 stars because I know is from factory and but Best Buy. Delivery was great.

This furniture did not include all the parts that it was supposed to come with. It had some damage to a side panel (relatively minor), another few spots that needed a touch up pen (one of the things it was supposed to come with and didn’t), and it was missing one of the hinges to connect the cabinet. I contacted the manufacturer (like they always want you to do rather than return to the store) TWICE! I simply requested the touch up pen and the hinge that was missing. They sent the touch up pen and NOT the correct hinge (even though I was VERY specific about which hinge I needed). I called again to request the correct hinge. They said they would send it. They never did. I’m never buying another piece of their furniture again. This is why people just return things to the store.

I ordered two of these and they were delivered by Fedex. Boxes were all damaged, one had a huge gash and wood inside was all cut up. I opened the other box to find a piece broken in half. I actually was really looking forward to these as they look nice. However, customer service on the phone was a nightmare. I was told two different stories after being on hold over 30 minutes each time, the second person I spoke with had no idea what they were talking about. I’m rounding up some guys and we are taking these back to the store tomorrow and I will NEVER buy something like a TV stand from Best Buy again.

I'm so upset, I bought this item not even a week ago, and one of the doors broke off! I'm upset because I paid extra to have the Geek squad come install it for the door just to break off!! not worth it! i am so mad!!

I purchased this product expecting a great item. What I received was nothing more than particleboard with a soft wood finish. I finally assembled this item, and the hinges for the doors were damaged and would not work. I contacted the company, and did not receive a response for over a month. They stated that the hinges were not in stock, and they were not sure if the factory would make any more. They recommended that I simply return this item to Best Buy. It took me an hour and a half just to assemble this piece of garbage, and I would return it if it was just that easy. I am so dissatisfied with this product, I may not purchase anything from Best Buy again, knowing that this is the product they put on the shelves!

This product looks very nice in the front, however, on the backside they literally used the cheapest materials possible including the back piece on the base that is supposed to hold up the frame which is made completely of particle board. Had it laying on its side as directed in the instructions to attach piece b and the thin back piece just snapped off at all the dowel holes and #2 'lock screws'. the particle board literally just broke.
