    JK Simmons deserved this oscar performance. Almost shot as a horror film, but a wonderful tale of a boy with passion.

    I am already a big fan of anything film based on music (not necessarily musicals), but the performances from Teller and SImmons knock this to the next level. Intense, brutal, emotional, and as real as you can get.
