One of my all time favorite movies. Acting and cinematography is on point. Gripping story with emphasis on character development and the human psychology. Have watched multiple times and will watch again.

Having been a former musician, this film hits home with me. The performances are excellent and JK Simmons truly deserved his Oscar. Miles Teller is on the rise and I hope we see more from him.

Excellent movie for someone who can appreciate the discipline and sacrifice for perfection! Although teacher went above the norm, he did manage to get the young man to truly achieve what he was totally capable of!

I had heard about Whiplash, but never really got the chance to see it until this year (thanks quarantine). I can't believe I missed this when it was out, but I'm glad to finally have gotten to see it. Very provoking and some times cringeworthy but overall, great performances and movie.

I needed a copy of Whiplash because the movie is fantastic, so I saw this extremely cheap SteelBook copy of it and I had to buy it. It feels nice but the opening is a little loose so it doesn't feel like it was made with perfect quality. But for the price and what you get, I'll say it's worth it.

Fierce competitive battles among young titans, culminating with the young warrior conquering the grand titan. Symbolically I mean. Great drumming and fantastic student big band jazz.

Great. Miles. Teller. Film. Must watch this movie at least once. Everything is better in 4k. Even better in steelbook casing. Perfect 10

Good contrast between the tech and the human element. Performances were good, but the story didn't quite fully develop in my opinion. Good film, but not what I'd call an instant sci-fi classic. Very atmospheric and tense and drew on some concepts from Blade Runner as well IMO. Cinematography was very good, video quality was excellent and the audio (first DTS-X film) was excellent as well.

so i went into this movie thinking it was another interesting movie to just sit back and watch, but i was dead wrong! this movie is one of the best i have ever seen! just watch it and you'll see what i mean!!!

Great steelbook and movie. I bought the 4k and put disc inside this steelbook. Looks lovely in my steelbook collection.

Top tier movie. JK Simmons is a godsend. Miles Teller shows his abilities as an actor. One of my favorite endings in a movie.

It's a matte steelbook with beautiful and minimalist artwork. It's a must have for fans of Damien Chazelle's sophomore directorial effort.

Very happy that Best Buy released a new Steelbook version of Whiplash. Still could be better, but it’s 10% better than the other.

The acting in this movie left me speechless, and the score was incredible. The plot is so dramatic and suspenseful, J.K. Simmons and Miles Teller were simply amazing. I purchased the soundtrack the next day.

This is just an awesome movie. The cast, the story, the acting and the music makes this one of my favorites. It goes by so fast and always leaves me wishing for more when it is over. Love it!!

As a musician, this film was amazing to watch. The work that Teller put into his drums was as devoted as Simmons into his psychopath character. One of my top five favorite films of the last few years by far.

This is one of the most fast paced and gripping dramas that I have seen in years! The performances are amazing and engaging! Don't miss out on this EXCELLENT film that looks and sounds fantastic on Blu-ray!!

I loved this movie the first time. It was intense and taut And great. My only concern was whether it held up to a second viewing, and it certainly does. Not an every day movie, but a great occasional watch.

This movie is a must have in your movie collection. The acting is amazing and is a movie you can watch any time. Blu-ray is the only way to go. Sound track is superb and I highly recommend it
