This is one of my favorite movies of all time. Music, angst, drama all mixed together. The steelbook makes it even better.

The film is fantastic. As for the steelbook; it's ok. It borrows heavily from the filmarena steelbook as far as design. For under $15 i can't complain too much but would have liked colors a bit deeper. Disc included is not new, seems to be the same as the original release.

This movie is so good. Even if you don't like Jazz it will make you appreciate how hard it is to play and the performances are amazing. Great great movie!

Anyone who has years of being a musician can relate to this film in some form or another. Miles Teller was a pleasant surprise and JK Simmons was stellar.

‘Whiplash’ is a masterpiece. The 4K version is awesome. One of the best films of the 2010’s.

The jazz music in this movie is amazing. Amazing performance by J.K. Simmons who won best supporting actor for this. Very intense psychological thriller.

Was looking for something different for movie night. A friend recommended to me. For a more mature audience, tough language but enjoyed the movie.

If you enjoy jazz music, and you can appreciate the reality of criticism in order to make an individual great, this movie is worth the watch.

Such a good move. JK deserved that Oscar. Miles Teller is no slouch either. He held his own against Simmons and that ain't nothing.

If you didn't think music could involve actual blood, sweat, and tears, this breathtakingly visceral coming-of-artistic-age drama will set you straight.

I really enjoyed the movie. The steelbook was cool too. I just wished it had a digital copy.

This is an intense movie about jazz and the pursuit of excellence. Even if you are not a fan of jazz, this movie is worth a watch.
