Great movie, but steelbook came dented. They knew it was damaged and still sold it.

Wasn't a bad movie, however I don't believer it lived up to the hype it got from the academy awards.

I was left with unknown feelings. Part of me loved it and part of me wasn't sure.

1 star because one of the DVD arrived flawed. After 40 min into watching the 4k DVD it started to distort and became unwatchable. The blu ray was fine. I sent it back with a note describing the issue and several weeks later I received the very same DVD that I had mailed back ... back to me with a letter. The letter basically said they don't issue refunds on DVD. I called the customer service department and hadn't had any luck. I never heard about a company sending a damaged item back instead of replacing it. Absolutely insane experience. I'll have to file a complaint with Better Business Burue as a next step. It is a very good movie so I would recommend it.

The movie had a lot of violence and swearing. Would not recommend for young viewers.

This truly is a work of fiction and bad fiction at that! Having been a music teacher for 35 years, I can tell you that NO ONE that I have ever known teaches like this. The model portrayed by J. K. Simmons of the "autocratic" teacher-bully died ages ago. In fact, this guy would (and should) have been arrested for the tactics he pulled. I was so disturbed by it all that I had to keep reminding myself that it was just a movie. How this piece of shlock garnered such high ratings is a mystery to me. OK, I'll grant you that the acting is very good and the sound track certainly acceptable, but the basic premise of the movie is just nuts. What this movie might serve to demonstrate is how NOT to teach anybody anything especially the ennobling art of music! In fact, If I were a young music student and saw this movie, I would be packing my bags for a different career or, at least, a different teacher / mentor.

bought item online, pick up at Cerritos CA store. Paid item that includes digital copy.Opened item, found it didn't include digital copy. returned to store. store staff were helpful (Cesar) but had to exchange item for another also no digital copy (opened item). No money returned again because item opened. Cesar checked inventory and stated none had any digital copy. dumbfounded, i went home with an item cheaper that what I've paid. This emai states I paid for the item I want. unsatisfied with purchase and cannot waste more of my time on this. I will remember this incident and will be good conversation topic.

this movie was okay but not as good as I was expecting

The movie and steelbook were great, but the case arrived damaged to the point where it couldn’t be closed. The disc was also sliding around in the case, but wasn’t scratched.
