Go elsewhere. The delivery drivers are rude and I have been a LOYAL best buy person fro 20 plus years. Not anymore!

Recently, it started doing strange things. Sometimes when I opened the door, the interior light did not come on right away and the controls did not work. Once the light decided to come on, the microwave would work fine. This problem became more and more intermittent until it just stopped working all together. I searched the internet and found out that others had similar problems. Let's get this straight...I don't abuse my appliances and I would hope that a $500 microphone would last longer than 17 months. Appears there is a problem with the microswitches that set the interlock to ensure that the microwave will not turn on until the door is shut and properly latched.
