I’m assuming it’s because it’s energy efficient. I needed a new one and got it on sale, so worth to me.

I like having more space on the stovetop. Few things. It only has one vent pick up underneath and it’s located towards the back of the unit closer to the wall so doesn’t pick up steam from front burners very well. Also, if using the timer, can’t seem to also heat stuff up simultaneously. Overall happy as I wanted the space. Works well for heating foods.

It doesn't see like it has 1000 wattage. Also wish it was print free.
