It works great abs even tho it is a low profile microwave it accommodates everything I need! When what your cooking finishes it make a pleasant chime sound! Just wish the light was a little brighter underneath! Shopped many stores for weeks and decided to look online at Best Buy to see what they had! I found exactly what I wanted with lowest price! I usually get good deals at Best Buy and this microwave was one of the best! Very pleased with my purchase!

It was bit more money that similar models however this model has keypads on the exterior compared to other models where you have to open the door to access the keypad. Also it has metal underside while other models had a plastic bottom which would be hard to keep clean. It is easy to use, very sleek looking, and looks like it is built in appliance. The only negative thus far is the exterior bottom light is not very bright. BB installers did a great job installing the microwave and 110 outlet.

Disappointing over-range light. Loud chime tones. Best features: push/pull door, no handle. Customer service chat took 40 min. 1-week wait for service. Best Buy Membership service charge $52.

Piece of very overpriced junk

Door is ever so slightly mishung, the light is a dim bulb of a bad joke. To top it off the plate and roller have some issue that leads to the plate tilting off the rollers every time we use it. It's underpowered as a range hood too. Not a best buy at all. Would not recommend.
