I love my new microwave it looks great in the kitchen I’m doing some remodeling and it works just great I just need to remember to set the minutes before I shot it

At first we were worried this unit would look goofy because of being low profile but we are really happy we got it. It looks great and provides much more room on top of our stovetop surface. Honestly on the inside it doesn't look much smaller than the standard size units.

Very nice, the size i was looking. Match very well with my range. Fan a little loudly.

I can't believe how much better it is to have this little beauty over my new stove than to have a separate microwave across the kitchen! This is replacing an aging range hood which was not vented and was not very effective at removing grease from the air. We had this pretty baby hooked up to a brand new vent through the roof, and the draw is fantastic. (BestBuy did not do the install of the range or the stove)

I love how the open button works. Digitally opens the door(my daughter thinks its the coolest thing) but it also does a great job of pulling steam when cooking on the stovetop. Othe than that it works as expected but has enough space given how much less space it takes up.

I've had this microwave for less than 2 years. Initially, it was great microwave. Loved its low profile and how most things fit in the small space. The materials and workmanship are sub-par. Less than two years and it is falling apart. Everything is made of plastic which means it is not built to last. They give you a one year warranty for a reason. For a $500 microwave, that is unsatisfactory to say the least. A small part fell out from who knows where after normal use and now the panel that has the start button and the open button for the microwave door is out of place and falling apart. I scheduled a service call through Whirpool; $139.95 just to have them look at it and tell me how much it would cost to repair. A new one now costs over $400. Very unsatisfied with Whirlpool. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Installation is fairly straightforward. Make sure to follow the template that comes with it.

I love the small sleek compact microwave! The only complaint is the microwave protrudes out further than my last microwave it’s not as flush to the cabinets as I would like and the issue is that one of the cabinet doors well hit the microwave which wasn’t an issue before with the last microwave but not too big of a problem but it does look gorgeous and it works great.

Excellent microwave. Looks great, it’s sleek and stylish and the hinge is fully internal so that the door doesn’t exceed the far edge of the microwave when open. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the fact that this uses the sheet metal backing plate as a template. This means you will need to handle the plate quite a bit, and the edges of it are not deburred. It is very sharp and cut me and my friend a few times while we were installing it. Be very careful, and consider wearing gloves.

My lock up time was a during a storm that came down at the last minute when I was parking at the pick up park. Because of Covid I couldn’t get in to the store so the Best By tem strategically brought the microwave to my car. Under the rain! I really appreciated it! Thank you all! Great product! If you do not have the space for a full size OTR this is a great alternative to a counter microwave. The fan is 3 speeds: Turbo (very loud) to light. 2 levels of lighting. Does not have all the bells and whistles of some of the other OTRS but it does a good job. The price is the main drawback. I feel it's way over priced. It is cheaper than tearing out you cabinets but this item is ONLY if you cannot use a regular sized OTR. If you can use the regular OTR skip this one.

love everything about this microwave, except..the door squeaks when open and close it. I need to call support.

It's a good microwave that saves you space. The price is a bit high, but it's what the wife wanted.

We have loved this microwave so far! We are about 3 weeks in. We swapped to this over the range, low-profile to free up counter space and there is no turning back!

Looks great in the old full size Microwave spot. May take a little getting use to the features but so far love it.
