It looks like a piece of industrial equipment unfinished aluminum with holes and dents. I should have looked at the back of it because my range sits in a island and the unit hangs down below the cabinets and looks very unfinished. If I had seen the back of the microwave I would not have bought it.

We got it installed and everything works as it should. The chime is a little quiet but I have still been able to hear it when it goes off
