Overall the machine works and easy to install. It is a bit noisy than my old one. But after two months, the light has gone out. It is not that important to me but if you have a darker kitchen it will be annoying

Finding counter top microwaves that can be used as a Built-in microwave these days is no easy task. I did not want to change the structure of my kitchen cabinets. This microwave and the Built-in kit saved me a great deal of money. I was not ready to remodel my kitchen. Very happy with the product.

This is a great microwave . It was the same model provided by our builder . We purchased this again along with the best buy warranty , The old one's magnetron failed , which is a random failure in these products . Best buy is the place to buy Whirlpool microwave because of the coverage the provide along with the manufacturer's warranty. The only thing i don't like about this model is the button is a fingerprint magnet of glossy plastic which does not age well .

This is a good microwave, but you need to keep the microwave inlet cover...metal portion inside clean. If it is not clean it causes sparks in the microwave, and you have to get a new one. They don’t sell that specific part either.

Love this Microwave. It cooks perfectly and it is really good looking in stainless steel. I could not be more pleased!

The black stainless steel color works great with Kitchen Aid black stainless steel!

As others have noted it is on the noisy side. Doesn’t both me much since I’m single and cooking anyway. Guess for several hundred dollars more I could have had a quieter model. All around does what a microwave is supposed to do. Good looking and matches my other WP appliances.

For an over the range, it doesn’t stick out as far like some other more expensive models. Still lots of room but compact

Purchased for an employee breakroom. Its sturdy and heats the food and drinks quickly. When cleaning spills on the inside, messes cleaned up easily. Happy with the purchase. The price wasnt terrible.

We matched all our appliances to Whirlpool so we decided on this. Not full size but not small either, 1200 watt I believe. Haven’t tested all features but seems to do what a microwave is supposed to do. Push button to open is a little small for the ham fisted.

Purchased Whirlpool 1.6 cu. ft. microwave and it works good so far. We didn't find the problems that were mentioned in the other reviews. Microwaves (overall) have cheapened over the years and are lighter but does the job. The turntable makes heating more even.

Just moved into a 7 year old home. The Amana microwave gave out 4 weeks later. Spoke to a rep and was told this was an exact fit for it. It was and it works and looks great.

The product is fine. The post sale process was unnecessarily difficult. After getting emails and telephone messages from both Best Buy and the third-party installer that the product was on its way, I eventually learned that the product never left the warehouse in Orlando. Rescheduled. Happened again. Finally got product on third attempt.
