Door hard to open, need 2 hands, 1 to open door, other to hold unit from sliding. Unit very light in weight. Extremely noisy when door closes. DOOR NEEDS HANDLE ! When in use it is extremely noisy, as if loose parts are vibrating. Buzzer is to loud. Very disappointed !

Microwave is good size. Seems to work as programmed. Don’t like the small push button to open it though.

Identical to the JennAir we previously owned, but at one third the price.

I've had this microwave for about 18 months. We got it as a replacement after my son microwaved a mac and cheese cup for 33 minutes instead of 3:30 :P It ... heats food? It's not great, it's not bad. It's just a solid microwave. Would not say it is fingerprint resistant, although both the inside and outside are easy to clean.

Whirlpool microwave performs over and above; exceeds expectations.

Works really well. Really quiet compared to our old microwave. Love it!

Moved into our new home only to find that the microwave was kaput. Only option, without having to cutout the built in shelving, was to buy a similar sized microwave. Found this one. It works...but it is extremely high wattage and have to adjust virtually all microwaving because it will burn food fast!

This may be premature but so far it’s working great. We had to return our last one because it malfunctioned. We previously owned this model and had it for nearly 8 years. Hope we have this one for as long.

I paired this up with the trim kit and it looked great together. Microwave is just the right size.

We replaced a JennAir unit that was substantially more expensive and lasted only 4 years. At the lower price I would be happy to get a 4 year life. The unit was a perfect replacement. Operates very similar could not be happier.

This is a replacement for a 20 year old built in microwave. The old one was still working since we only use it for basic functions but we were upgrading other appliances to stainless. We use it to cook oatmeal, reheat leftovers and an occasional frozen dinner. Works great for these functions.

Found this microwave on the Best Buy website on sale and an exact replacement for my 5 yr old overhead microwave.

I bought based on it fitting into a cabinet in the kitchen. It was way to small and finally returned it for a Panasonic that fit almost perfectly. Also had to go to a customer maker of the trim kit to get one that would fit around the new unit, as it was a quarter of an inch to big. Once I figured out had to be done it works great!

We purchased this microwave to replace the same exact one we had in our new house. The keypad went bad, according to the technician. We only had it for 3 years which was disappointing, but our new one is working great so far.

The only issue that I have is the control panel has a plastic covering over the buttons (that appears not to be removable) and the start button has already torn. I don't see how that plastic cover can be replaced. I should probably contact Whirlpool.
