Perfect microwave for the price! Would highly recommend.

We bought this to replace a 10 year old Whirlpool that died. This was rather cost effective and properly fit our space above the in-wall oven. It was easy to install and setup.

Nice looking and easy to read and see the control panel. However, the only disappointing thing is that when I select the fresh or the frozen veg. option the is cold and not cooked in spots. My old Panasonic microwave the food always came out perfect.

The black stainless steel color works great with Kitchen Aid black stainless steel!

Does the job it's supposed to do. We had to go back later and purchase the appropriate trim kit as the one from the previous model did not work. So, a minor annoyance but overall a good microwave.

it was a bit pricey but we need a replacement built in microwave and plus for the size and watt outage, works out better than other ones we tried

Powerful microwave but the instructions on how to use is vague. Simple buttons like sensor heat should be clear and labeled and not subject to guessing how it works. Otherwise looks and works good.

Very satisfied. Bought this to replace a 16-year-old Sharp that had a failing display. While this model is slightly smaller than the Sharp it replaced it has terrific power and has worked very well. I also found that we could set it inside our existing Sharp surround kit. The Whirlpool kit is plastic and does not look as good as the old sharp grill kit which is made of aluminum. This did leave us with about an inch clearance on each side but because it is in a cabinet cutout it does not look bad at all.

The product is fine. The post sale process was unnecessarily difficult. After getting emails and telephone messages from both Best Buy and the third-party installer that the product was on its way, I eventually learned that the product never left the warehouse in Orlando. Rescheduled. Happened again. Finally got product on third attempt.

I had to replace our microwave and the wife wanted the same model. It cooks food and has a bunch of features I don't use.

Excellent microwave. However, the online pictures led me to believe that the entire appliance would be predominately stainless steel finish. Only the outer trim on the face is stainless steel. The rest of the product is black.

Price is fair. Easy set up. Cooks evenly. The beeper is very loud. The open/close button is stiff and sometimes the oven slides on counter top when button is pushed.

This little microwave is a powerhouse. We bought it to replace an in-cabinet model. It's not a good fit there, but we're not returning it. Right now our college-aged kids are putting claims on it. It will stay in the family.

I purchased this to replace a microwave that failed. I picked this specific model because its dimensions matched the one I replaced. I don’t have any complaints about it. It’s 1200W which is nice because it cooks faster than thr 1000W one it replaced. I don’t use any of the fancy settings on it. It is good for what it is, although maybe a little pricy.

It feels light and not real solid. I expected better quality from a Whirlpool and the door slams very tinney.

Bought for older person who likes things to be easy. This is the perfect microwave for her and looks nice as well.

This looks great on the counter. It’s large but not too big. It’s just what we were looking for. It heats everything quickly.
