The trim kit to make it a built in is not what I expected. It's plastic. That's why we need a whole new microwave. The plastic in our old one yellowed. Not good for resale of a house. Looks good now.

Right around the 1-year mark, it starts developing problem. The reason why I had to buy this is because the cabinet cutting is based on its size, and the frame around it is also cut to fit that size.

Our previous one had a panel malfunction, so I had to buy a new one. The only reason I bought the same model was because I didn’t want to spend $$$$ replacing the frame. If you are buying this one, I recommend getting extended warranty. Otherwise buy a better brand.
