    Start button failed after 2 years. Replacing control panel was too expensive so had to buy new item because I already had trim panel. Wouldn't buy it otherwise.

    Unit works satisfactory. But 2 months of use and the tones have quit when should be working per manual. Manual says the tones can not be turned of. So has our unit had a faulty part now?

    Have been using my new microwave for a couple of weeks now and it's works well once we figured it out. Compared to our last microwave, this one seems to heat the outside a lot faster than the inside so that bowls and mugs are hot to the touch while the food or drink itself is merely warm. Took some getting use to and but working well so far.
