    Great looking microwave. Has all the settings we need. Button to open door needs to be pushed a little hard. also slightly smaller than we anticipated, but everything we have microwaved has fit fine. Also shows fingerprints on door button, control panel and door. There is also a slight bubble on one side of the control panel near the "1" and "4". This does not effect operation.

    We were so happy we found the same model to replace our microwave that quit working. It was shipped very quick and we were able to replace it ourselves. Customer service did a great job and fast.

    The microwave is doing all that the specifications indicated in description. The only drawback to date is that it will not handle the 9x13 pans I normally use.

    door button on the microwave is not designed well. Take a lot for the door to open after pushing on the button. Othereise, the microwave is pretty quite

    We purchased this item as a replacement for the previous model of it, it seems to perform as intended and doesn’t make an inordinate amount of noise in the process, it does look like they have changed the control pad a little, which is a good thing since the prior one was replaced due to buttons starting to malfunction

    This purchase was to replace a Whirlpool microwave. I called to discuss my situation and was told this item would be a perfect fit. I was very pleased that it was installed with no problems.
