    Geek squad was hard to deal with . Can't see the buttons . Vibrates and noisy. Got a hard time from sales people to exchange to something else. Corp gave me permission to get a different one. The veek mgr didn't know how. I paid 252.36 and paid for new one 184.99 having a hard time getting refund. Charged 230 for extended warranty it is a discount for geek squad

    Our new microwave will inconsistently make a loud buzzing noise and a high pitched sound. Other times, it works fine without the noises.it is unreliable.

    I’ve had this microwave with trim kit installed in my kitchen some of the buttons stopped working and the plate stoped turning and wouldn’t heat up our food

    There was something wrong with it when I took it out of the box. Damaged in shipping. Best Buy worked it out for me. I had the Geek Squad protection. It a great service!

    The size of trim kit is not clearly described. It did not fit the Whirlpool microwave I purchased from Best Buy. I would not buy this until the description is clearly updated so you can know which item to purchase. Seems like a pretty simple request right?

    Makes a loud rattling noise after a few minutes. Probably was the last one on the floor box was all messed up. Nobody from company reads these so probably wasting my time Also the clock keeps adding time always have to reset it very annoying

    DO NOT BUY. Microwave stopped working after one year of light use. Just outside of the warranty. This is totally unacceptable for this price point of a microwave.

    On day two the microwave just suddenly stop working. No clock, no lights on push button panel, nothing. After about 20 minutes it started up again, but the next day it did the same sudden auto turn off for some reason can not figure out, and then started again, again. Not satisfied with this product at all.

    After several months the door becomes stuck

    Worked fine for the first 6 months but the door progressively got worse, sticking so that you cannot open unless press the button several times or bang the door to get it to open. Would not recommend.

    I purchased this microwave to replace a KitchenAid of the same size as I wanted to keep the trim kit. The KitchenAid control panel was zapped due to a lighting strike. This one stopped heating within 6 months. Both are likely Midea internals.
