Works as advertised, I bought this model because it could also be used as a build in microwave. However, it looks just like the microwaves that are cheaper. It's quite and efficient.

Good price and fits into my existing space perfectly.

After 29 years of a former Whirlpool microwave our family was in for this one. We were extremely satisfied with the former one and wanted to show brand loyalty. We would only change or improve: 1. Open button which could be better quality as its a little "floppy". 2. Even when your food finishes and you open the door it will continue to beep for a few seconds which is also annoying. Other than these things it is a good looking microwave and we are hopefully for another 29 years of lazy cooking.

Great buy, and meets all of our needs. Nice style, quiet and easy to clean.

This microwave is so easy to use We love it. We had purchased one before this one that was hard to program. This one you just push the numbers and you're good to go

I purchased this Whirlpool microwave because it is the exact same model as the old microwave and so it fit the trim kit perfectly. We purchased a new home and the old microwave had some burn marks on the inside probably from cooking with a metal utensil or something. Glad I could find the exact same model to fit the trim kit.

This one has the exact same size that I had before - very happy that it fit in the space perfectly. I am very much impressed by the inventory and supply chain management of the Bestbuy - it actually was one of the two retailers that had the size and type of the microwave that we wanted, and it provided free shipping. My five star goes to Bestbuy, not the product.

Purchased this microwave as a replacement for a 12 year old one that became too costly to repair. So far this one is good. Door latch is much louder than previous model.

The unit is very nice and it is also as attractive as a microwave can be. Quiet and powerful.

I was a little worried about this microwave when I bought it. It turned out just fine. The wattage is enough for my use. The hard part was installing the trim kit for this. Whirlpool started to make plastic trim kits for its microwave. The middle of the front panel seems to bulge a little bit. When it was installed, it wasn't perfectly aligned. The screws are hidden now for the trim kit and they face downward at a 45 degree, which can be hard to be put in the cabinet frame.

Good overall. Replacing the same model. Worked good but only lasted a few years. Fits in existing area

This is going to fit my cabinet great and the trim kit will make it look fantastic.

Just fits in to where I hoped it would go without being able to measure due to none in stock at the store I ordered from.

Works very well for now. It has all the features that I usually need in a microwave. My previous (LG brand) microwave went kaput after 4 years. I believe this one will last a lot longer due to the Whirlpool brand. Love the fingerprint resistant SS finish. Glad this microwave was in stock at my local Best Buy store.

This is a solidly built unit with clear and easy to operate controls. The power level is good and the presets for things such as thawing meat are spot on. Be advised that the black finish, while very cool looking, does show finger prints. That being said, it does have an easy to clean surface. Can't speak to durability since we've only had it for a few weeks.
