My last Whirlpool Microwave lasted 25 years and had to replace it because the door latch gave up. The door latch on this one is stiffer to open, but probably will get better with use. The new sensor modes compared to my old one are a great improvement. It is a little louder in operation, but for the money it is still a good unit.

Powerful microwave . Really easy to use and keep clean. I'm very happy with this vs GE piece of junk microwave I had that was only 1 year old.

We got it to match our other appliances. It works and looks great but the door opening button is not great and sticks at times. Seems like it could break after only a couple of months.

Came with a non functioning light. I would have had tio send it back and wait for them confirm its condition and the send a replacement. I returned it to the nearest store (55 miles away) and purchased it from another big box store.

I had the same type of microwave for years but in a smaller size. This one is the perfect size inside for all my containers to fit. I also like the option buttons for cooking specific items.

A perfect fit matches the new refrig.and dishwasher.

Replaced my microwave with the same model as this is the only one that would fit in my cabinet. My old one is still 5 year old. It had its key pad fail. hopefully this is will last more than 5 years.

Replaced the same model….this is an ease to use microwave and is very practical.

IT'S SMALL BUT HEATS PROPERLY AND EVEN, JUST ENOUGH POWER

cooks well and is pleasant looking stainless and black. Time clock does not keep time correct. Time runs fast and needs to be changed weekly.

Easy installation and the microwave works well. I would but this product again. I ordered it online, it was on time and in good condition when it arrived.

This was a replacement for a much older model and is quite adequate for what it is needed. Had to buy the frame-out part as the old one wouldn’t work. Overall we are pleased with how it looks and works.

This microwave is okay, not the best I've ever owned. Cooking is fine so far, easy to use and,program. Some things that I don't like are it's extremely light, by that I mean when you shut the door the whole unit moves back, I feel it could have a little more weight to it. Also the light is not on during cooking, it only comes on when the door is opened. I had a sharp microwave that the light only went on during cooking, makes a lot more sense. For the price I paid,it's a,decent appliance.

This microwave works great for us. We initially tried a smaller LG and hated it. We returned it and got this Whirlpool microwave as we have always had good luck. Works perfectly and heats evenly. Very happy with our purchase.

it is good for the price.............but the brand has dropped in quality the last couple of years....if you need one it is good for price.............but if you can afford a more expensive one i would go for it.....

Good it was the same one I had it before. Fits perfectly to the frame.

Nice upgrade from my old microwave. Faster cook time, easy to use. Fit in upper cabinet using my original trim kit, BONUS!

I did not like the button to push to open the microwave, it was hard and felt it would break pretty quickly so I returned the product. For the price I expected it to be nicer.
