I have only had it for a year and half. Touch panel doesn’t work??? We only warm up food in it. We have never even used the other functions! Called customer service after waiting for almost an hour I was told they don’t send people out for microwaves and warranty only 1 year. Who wants to pay someone to come out and repair a microwave that cost $200 new?? I would think it would work longer than it did especially since it isn’t used much.I have purchased cheaper counter microwave that weren’t even a name brand and they lasted longer than this one!! My advise is keep shopping!
