    I just can’t figure this thing out and yes I’ve grown up with microwaves. This one gets a smoking smell to it if it runs longer than 1minute 55 seconds. I actually need to call Best Buy

    Microwave damaged when received.

    Delivery was as promised; unit had been dropped, two plastic "feet" were broken, case was slightly twisted which caused the Microwave to rock when touched. I returned the unit and purchased a different brand from another store.

    Very bad quality. Bought it less than 2 years ago and some buttons stopped working and it all messed up and I can barely use it any more

    Whirlpool is usually better than this

    Worked great at first, but 6 months after my purchase, it no longer works. I've never had such bad luck with a Whirlpool product.

    Exactly the same as the original that was on two years old. Can’t make a recommendation yet, with last one giving up the ghost only after two years.

    This is my 5th microwave in 7 years because they burn up inside. The only reason I keep purchasing is because of warranty. When this one goes out. I’ll invest in getting the cabinet redesigned to fit a different size L.

    Wouldn’t buy this microwave again. Worked great for 2 years and then died. You have to press ‘start’ to turn it on, no matter if you are using the 30 second cook or defrost. Huge disappointment for the money!

    WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING WHIRLPOOL AGAIN. Unit was good while it lasted. Previous until lasted 12+ years. This one barely lasted 2 years. Will have to buy another one since is out of warranty.

    Item was ordered incorrectly. Sales staff thought it is the correct size for the trim kit I also purchased. This was too small for the kit . Item was returned.

    The LCD panel stopped working after 1 year. After Googling, it appears this is a common issue with this model. It is sad because there was a time Whirlpool made quality products.

    The specifications were changed from my last purchase of a Whirlpool microwave oven to the extent it won't align or fit in my cabinet; and I will never buy a Whirlpool product again!
