They were not helpful in standing by their warranty. I will very liikely also look to Best Buy because warranty is good, and because my membership at Geek Squad is valuable ( I am a senior)

Called Whirlpool because it's under warranty. Couldn't find a repairman in my area, so I had to find one and pay him. They are suppose to reimburse me. It works fine now.

Best Buy had the best price of course. I saved $60 buy purchasing at Best Buy and will continue to buy my appliances and electronics from Best Buy because they give you the better prices. No negatives about this purchase, it was a great buy.
