    The microwave was a replacement for a NEW one purchased from Fergusons. They were not helpful in standing by their warranty. I will very liikely also look to Best Buy because warranty is good, and because my membership at Geek Squad is valuable ( I am a senior)

    The turntable made a grinding noise. Called Whirlpool because it's under warranty. Couldn't find a repairman in my area, so I had to find one and pay him. They are suppose to reimburse me. It works fine now.

    I was looking at this product at 3 different retailers. Best Buy had the best price of course. I saved $60 buy purchasing at Best Buy and will continue to buy my appliances and electronics from Best Buy because they give you the better prices. No negatives about this purchase, it was a great buy.

    Overall it’s a great unit. It cooks thoroughly, and quickly. It’s popcorn feature is better than our old one (though it’s weird entering a weight for the popcorn bag). Worst complaint is that it’s louder than our 1999 microwave that it replaced, though not enough to not buy it again. The blue digital numbers are hard to read from more than about 10 feet away, wish they’d been traditional green.
