    It’s not the top of the line microwave but it was the same that was in my home and it was available at Best Buy. The other one lasted several years so we hope to get more out of this one .

    I really like the microwave except that it doesn’t have express cook feature. I suppose it was an oversight on my part but I thought it was pretty much standard on microwaves.

    Just received the new microwave. Seems to be working fine. However, the instructions lack detail, therefore trial and error prevails. Can't rate 5Star only because I'm not sure if I am using the microwave to its fullest potential.

    Everything has worked great. We have had this unit up for 6 months and only had one problem with it. The fan kept running even when we didn't turn it on and we couldn't turn it off. Not sure if it was a fail safe because my wife was using some serious heat under it. I had to unplug the unit to get it to stop. Other than this is a nice clean product.
