    Excellent fast service in store and they also offered installation and disposal of old microwave, when they came to install it they arrived early and got the jobs done quickly.. Would recommend them again and again. Thanks Best Buy team!!

    The microwave does not have a start button. We had a hard time figuring out at first, we found out it is the button with an arrow. Why not just put start on the button instead of an arrow?

    My daughter bought me this microwave on 11/20/19 as a birthday present and we picked it up on 12/5 at the store. It was installed on 12/7 and worked great for 3 days. It started sparking and shorted out. I had to uninstall it and drag it back to Best Buy on 12/10 where we exchanged it for a new one. Installed it that day. That one worked great for 9 days this time, and now the turntable doesn't turn. Hey, it tripled the record held by the first one so I guess I should be happy. It had such great reviews and I somehow I get two that can't function. I'm not trying a third.

    Issues first: -a fan above the door turns on when it's running and it's super LOUD. -no quick minute or 30 second function. Otherwise, it's a perfectly functional microwave, cooks well. The access is designed lower than our previous machine, making it easier to place larger dishes inside. The under-mount light looks great and lights up the stove wonderfully.
