Ok Basic Microwave

Three things that I noted: 1) the door does not open as wide as the previous Whirlpool model it replaced 2) the over the range light has been moved to the back edge of the product reducing the effectiveness of lighting the front burners of the range 3) product uses a lot of plastic so not sure how long this product will last (the Whirlpool unit this item replaced lasted 15.5 years; plastic door handle broke with no replacement parts available). It works for our basic needs, but not sure I can really recommend this to others.

Love this microwave

Live it, however it was too large for the space where I needed it. So, it was returned & I bought the Whirlpool low profile instead. But I love this - it’s a Whirlpool!

Not fond that you always need to open the door to access most of the buttons — even to just use the timer.

New Microwave

The previous one stopped working properly, it only lasted less than six years. We hope this one last longer. It’s a very nice microwave.

I like being able to mute that annoying tone as you program it, which is an obnoxious beep. It has been cooking and reheating with no problems. It fits nicely over the stove and it looks great.
