Easy use and efficient microwave. adequate features

It gets food hot. The finish is nice and fingerprints wipe off fairly easy. One quirk is the timer - it beeps once and that’s it. I’m used to timers that don’t stop beeping until you turn them off. Not a deal breaker but not useful for how I work in the kitchen. The microwave itself works well and looks good.

Excellent microwave, I didn't realize how bad my old microwave was until I purchased this one. Fast, easy reheating and defrost. Evenly heats without having to stir.

The only thing that bugs me so far is the blue color of the numbers. I wish that could be changed. Everything else works great. Not too loud. Easy install. Under lights are decently bright.

Works great as expected. Although durring shipping it got banged up and they replaced it with a new one which was also damaged. And they are replacing this one once again.

So far this microwave has worked beautifully. And the handle has yet to peal like our last brand.

Just replaced all appliances in my new home. In my old house I had an on the counter space eater. I absolutely love having an above the range. The filters are a huge bonus on this. Did not want to create a new vent system, currently have a downdraft range.

It was everything I needed. It was easy to install.

Nothing fancy but a solid well built microwave. I replaced a 20+ year old microwave, same make, older model.

Works fine but is not finger print proof as advertised

I have 3 major complants: FIRST-the light on the bottom of the microwave is way in the back next to the back wall. I will never like this unit because of this lighting problem. The light is not above the cooking elements on the range. It leaves all the range-top cooking in the darkness of its own shadow. SECOND : very thin sheet metal THIRD: no one-touch cook time buttons. However,The installation was extremely easy..I am an older woman and I did the install all by myself.

I bought this microwave because I needed one urgently. The various stores I looked at did not have stock and this was only available at a Best Buy further out of my town. So bought it because I needed it. It’s done the job thus far but I am not thrilled with the buy for the following reasons 1. It behaves like the MS Windows system in the sense that it needs to be ‘rebooted’ once every three months, I have noticed. Meaning I have to unplug the system physically for it to stop working. During such times the buttons on the microwave do not work and therefore the reboot 2. Unless you keep your food or whatever is needed to be warmed in the middle of the microwave, it does not do the job adequately I will add that for the money I spent, it’s ok.
