This microwave is so stylish and beautiful. The performance and cook time it’s amazing.

It’s a microwave. We bought a whirlpool oven and needed the microwave to match. And our old microwave sounded like a high voltage line whenever we used it, so it was time to replace. The defrost function is moronic. Other than that…. it’s a microwave.

So far- no complaints. The only thing that I did not like was there was no instruction booklet to describe all the different settings.

Nothing wrong with this microwave at all. There are sleaker, thinner models out there that I think work better in the kitchen. This is a bit bulky. All in all, this works well and gets the job done very well. Just not my first choice if choosing again.

Can't review it because I returned it because I didn't measure my space in the kitchen correctly but the microwave instore was good, I had no problems returning it

Best Buy did a wonderful job installing the microwave. They took care to prepare the space before beginning and did an excellent job. However, the microwave is of poor quality. I read several reviews and did tons of product research but missed a few things. There is no quick start buttons, something I truly miss.

I got this as a replacement for an older version and this one is quieter than the last. Both the motor when you are using it and the fan when used for exhaust purposes.

Easy to operate and fits our needs. We were not in the market for a highly sophisticated product that did our thinking for us.

Solid microwave. Not quite as many bells and whistles as it’s predecessor but knew that going in. It has a big interior, good. The buzzer at the end of cooking alert is a bit loud, bad.

I replaced a very expensive five years old Whirlpool microwave oven with this one. It works okay although it seems to cook unevenly. Feels cheap as though there is nothing inside to reduce noise. No platter rotation turn off function. The old expensive one cooked really well when it worked. The old one's door latch broke and was fixed under warranty in the first few months. As soon as it went out of warranty a door latch switch went bad. A couple of years later a power relay on the electrical board went bad. Hope the cheap one lasts five years.

Good size, like the rotating plate, easy to clean up.

So far its good.. the only downside is the glass plate is small for a large space of the microwave. For a month of having it, no problem so far.

Microwave was too large for the opening....so I had to return it. The process of returning was very easy and quick. It was shipped in excellent condition and on time. I would purchase again, but will make sure the size is correct for my opening in cabinets. Thank you

I love this microwave. We had the older version (2006) in our home and loved it so when we found the new version and style I had to have it. Works great, looks very clean and smooth! Highly recommend especially for the price!

I went to Best Buy for this Whirlpool microware and loved it, Best Buy came to put the microwave in and discovered that my plug was bad and to call and electrician. They were right so I had to cancel my order but will purchase again when needed,

I love this microwave because I had one of the best and it worked great. Unfortunately, it did not fit in the space in the kitchen. Overall it's a great item.

Great microwave. Defrost function works very well to defrost without hot spots. Installation was easy. Regular cooking is faster than my old microwave. Very happy with this purchase.
