    Looks and works great. Strange that it did not come with a manual. I called and it really doesn't...it wasn't a mistake! I cannot say I have ever bought an appliance without a manual coming with it! I rated it 4 stars only because of the manual….otherwise it would be 5.

    We are happy this fits in our house. It was a little scary when they had to drill bigger holes to install it. It was nice to have it done and installed. We are glad the plate spins and so forth. A very nice microwave.

    We have had this microwave a month now with no issues. Looks good and works well. My only complaint is my past microwaves have had a one button start for 1, 2,3 minute heatings. This microwave you have to manually enter your cook time. Not a deal breaker at all..just an extra few steps.

    I picked up the entire set for a house that I renovated. The set looks great and put that extra finish in the kitchen. The stainless looks amazing and the new owners loved it.

    Appliance itself is fine. Just don’t understand a $200 install charge for replacing, taking 2 men less than 10 minutes. Even understanding part is probably for disposal of old one.

    This microwave works nicely but there is no turntable off switch and the stovetop lighting is barely adequate. The stovetop light should be up front instead of at the back of the unit underside.

    Haven't gotten it yet, but the brand has its reputation for being to quality/reliable. 40+ with the lowest repairs than any other brand in appliances. That tells you everything you need to know...

    This is my third Microwave after replacing with different brands that we tried for two times but did not last longer so decided to try this. So far no issue and hopefully it will last longer that the other.

    Installation was a little tricky, but with two people easily completed. operation is good, although it has a feature, that won't allow to preset a cooking time and leave it to be turned on later.
