    Only downside is the quick start buttons for setting heating time. Vent fan at high is a little loud.

    I was so sad to find out this wouldn’t fit in the spot above my stove. It’s a beautiful microwave and there’s nothing wrong with it, but I am going to have to return it.

    Easy install, microwave was light weight. Did it all myself in about 45mins. Biggest challenge was the secure holes we located somewhere different from the previous one. Love it.

    This microwave looks really good and performs well. The only downside to this particular model is that the control panel is not lighted at night

    Wasn't hard to install but does take two people, at least it did here. It does what it should do, be a microwave. So far it's worked great.

    My 12 year old microwave finally died. When I put in the model number this one came up. It went in the same opening perfectly. If it's as dependable as the last one I will love it.

    Recently bought a house and decided to replace all kitchen appliances for Best Buy's holiday financing option. This unit was one of the cheaper microwaves and it does not disappoint. It's also very quiet.

    It’s a little more powerful and quieter (except for the venting flap) than the one it replaced. We’ve only had it a few days—so far so good.

    Installer told us to run it on high for a couple of minutes while empty to “burn off” the new smell. Luckily I did not allow that to happen. I’ve always been told to not run them without food inside otherwise the feedback burns up the tube.
