    It's a nice microwave just not as flexible in setting selection as I was used to. Maybe if I had this first I would feel differently. It's new so I can't comment on durability.

    Thank was a gift to my mom. She loved it. It is much stronger than what she had. You really can’t go wrong with Whirlpool.

    Microwave works fine but we were surprised that keys do not light up. Is this a design flaw or is our unit faulty?

    The only difference I find with 15 years old model is now it takes more time to heat maybe because of power efficiency. Not sure yet. Overall a nice product.

    Overall it is not a high quality product. When you cook a joint, the ventilation works for a long time and very loudly. And just a few months after I bought it, the lamp broke down and I couldn't put the lamps I just bought because it couldn't switch off. I recommend paying a little more and getting a quality product.

    This replaced a whirlpool gold microwave. Got this on sale and it is better than the one it replaced. Heating quality is right on

    Disappointed that there is not a booklet giving instructions for various functions. Still trying to figure them out. Went on-line and printed out a "booklet" but is not very helpful.
