    We replaced our other fancier whirlpool microwave with this one. It is a bit noisier, and simplified (which is fine), and we got it on clearance so certainly couldn't beat that!

    Whirlpool microwave works as it should, have not used it to test out all functions. Try to buy name brands.

    Wish it had come with instruction manual, not just the sticker in the door. Number pad requires a hard push, hope the plastic cover lasts. It works well over all.

    Has a built-in fan that does not need to vent outside. Lots of instant settings & a 30-second button. Lighting has hi & low settins. Nice unit.

    My review is based on the other Whirlpool appliances I purchased this past year. Most of Whirlpool's product are okay but even if you have a minor repair. you have to contact Whirlpool's repair on the mainland. No one answers their phone. I have been trying 2 weeks to speak to someone. First year of warranty has to be done by Whirlpool only, not Best Buy
