    The Microwave itself functions great, and the features are easy to understand and use. The vent fan simply does not work. Does anyone know if this is due to "recent" govt regulations, or if they just don't make 'em like they used to? We asked the installers about the fan and they said it was pulling air appropriately, but boiled water passes right by and steams up the overhead cabinets, and anything slightly smoky like bacon or high-heat meats do not get sucked up and smoke up the whole house, setting off smoke detectors in other rooms. Is this common these days? Do I need to suck it up and just use the BBQ outside even in bad weather?
