I love whirlpool brand and that’s all I have at home. This will be my second over the range as the first one stop working in less than two years. The only reason why I bought the same one is because it’s the only one that will match with the rest of my whirlpool appliances.

Works great and you can turn off the sound of the buttons

Good microwave but the hard to get the revolving plate back on.

Im unboxing finally and getting around to it for my new house but i do see that its damaged in the back part, Granted its an over the range microwave so its not like anyone will see around it but... its bulged out a little and that means when i get a contractor to install it he will have to pound it back in place. I tried to test fit and yes it doesn't just fit on as is, because of the damage. It does seem to work because i tested it in my living room where they set it down. So functionality is there, I'm going to trust that it will be fine moving forward and useable once installed and i can keep it, but seriously, if it was a return or damaged in transit, a compensation is in order id say! Otherwise i could have bought an open box one in the store and probably saved a hundred bucks! Wish i opened it up immediately upon delivery. Goes to show that you should never just trust something being delivered, and expecting it to be in good shape without problems. Check it same day if you can! Now it says i cant return too because im out that window of time. Jeez. I kind of want to go in and complain in person! Plus there is a cut in the cord/plug i noticed. Its not super deep but i mean really. Was this a return?? Big letdown by Bestbuy. Im sure whirlpool didn't send out a busted microwave. I will mark as recommend only because i believe in the whirlpool brand for reliability. And leave ok feedback. The negativity is related to handling from best buy i assume.

Purchased for our son in North Carolina, so won’t be using!

Purchased this after measuring to have it installed. Unfortunately did not fit and had to return. The salesperson had assured us that the measurements were exact to the area over stove. But that was not the case and had to purchase elsewhere.

It blew up. POP! Disappointing. Returned and bought something else.

This is a replacement for our tena ts in a rental property.

Lighting over stove under microwave is dim but other than that it is good

Microwave is nice... range a little small in width.

Its an ok microwave. We're noticing things take a bit longer to heat up. The door to this microwave chasis is all plastic. Therefore when and if cooking below, and steams comes up below the microwave, condensation begins to form between the interior of the glass. Which is extremely annoying and theres literally absolutely nothing you can do, but to just let it dry. We've waken up following morning and still see the condensation exsist. We're considering returning it.

It is not easy to get small over the range microwaves.

Very frustrated. The product didn't come with the filter, now I don't know how to do it. I already called the store but no one can help me. Really frustrated because I don't know where and which model to use.

Completes the package, a little bulky but a great product.
